Sulthan Bathery
Sulthan bathery is one of the important town in Wayanad district of Kerala, India. It derives its name from Tipu Sultan of Mysore he arrived in the town and used the Jain temple here as his battery in the 18th century, hence the name Sultan's Battery. Later, came to be known as Sulthan Bathery, its Malayalam version of the name.
